Tejinder Singh
After earning his Bachelor's Degree from UC Davis, TJ discovered his true passion wasn't just in academia-it was in cooking unique dishes, specifically crafting fusion pizzas that tell a story. Growing
up with the rich, bold flavors of Indian cuisine and a love for classic Italian pizza, TJ has always been fascinated by the idea of blending the two worlds.
What started as a fun experiment, bringing these fusion creations to family gatherings, quickly turned into formulating signature dishes. Soon, TJ's pizzas became the star of every party! Encouraged by his family's support and love for unique recipes, he decided to turn his hobby into something bigger, thus Tandoori Pizza was born.
